A  typical session will last approximately 60  min.

Loose fitted  clothing is suggested. While lying on the table - gentle contact, antalgic positioning and brief compression is used. Most people find the experience deeply relaxing. Verbal feedback is encouraged in order to find positions to best facilitate your body’s return to natural alignment.

You may also be given self-care techniques you can do at home to further aid in relieving pain, restoring function and re-balancing the body.

The prinicples of Ortho-Bionomy can be applied to any circumstance or difficulty.
